Life at Prince Sultan --- An Oasis in the Desert

Prince Sultan Air Base. Otherwise known as PSAB. PSAB is one of life's little surprises and is located in beautiful Al Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have traveled the world over and never before in my military career have I visited a more pleasureable location. 

The Tents

Your visit here at PSAB will be marked by checking into the luxurious "TENT CITY". The tents here at PSAB are probably the nicest accomodations I have ever had the luxury of residing in. A peaceful night's slumber is the least one can expect in this thoroughly relaxing environment. This is home. I can't wait to get one of my own. 

The Showers

The shower facilities here are extremely refreshing. The PSAB shower experience reminds one of the coral blue waters of the Carribbean. Also, reminiscient of a Japanese onsen, one has a feeling of a soulful purification after visiting a PSAB bath house. 

The Food

The food of PSAB. Oh, where to begin? Throughout my travels I have eaten at some of the nicest restaurants that Italy, England, Greece and the US has to offer. The fine tastes of the West cannot hold a candle to the exquisite cuisine dined upon by the locals of PSAB. The entrees are served using nothing but the finest flatware and cutlery. The locals have really spared no expense when it comes to the local dining experience. Oh, and leave that American Express card at the house. The delectible entrees served here at PSAB will cost you nothing more than your signature. 

The Transportation

The local transportation of PSAB is nothing less than the finest that the world has to offer. The fine mix of luxury and reliability are world renowned. The folks at Al's Garage appreciate and value the customer. This attitude is prevalent from the Senior Manager down to the highly trained technical specialist that greets you at the door with a smile. Thier can do attitude makes driving the vehicles offered at Prince Sultan a pure joy. 

The Shopping Scene

PSAB, which is located oh right about in the middle of friggen nowhere, has somehow located importers and merchants of fine fashion and jewelry that are nothing more than ecstatic to serve your every need and desire. When dealing with the local merchants, you get a taste of what it may have felt like to have been a king or an emporer. Virtually nothing is spared when it comes to the concerns of the customer.
